Dr. Thomas Traina received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Traina is most known for using his expertise to treat acute injuries, facilitate reduced down time and increase the rate of return to play.  Dr. Traina achieves this through his philosophy that body alignment and joint biomechanics are the cornerstone for proper movement and that balance and muscle strength are an integral part of a healthy body. 

Dr. Thomas Traina established his practice -All West Sports and Family Chiropractic in Phoenix in 1993 and has since been treating patients (amateur and pro) in acute care, rehabilitation and prehabilitation to keep them in the game or just the game of life.  Dr. Traina is board certified in Sports Chiropractic, Chiropractic Care,  and Physiotherapy.  Dr. Traina has been published in the Journal of Physiology and Manipulative Therapy and has conducted and published research with his father Dr. Alfred Traina, also a Chiropractor.
